The theater begins with a coat rack, and a dental clinic with an administrator. Our interaction did not work out. As usual, we made an appointment with a doctor. The doctor cancelled the appointment. But they did not even think to inform us about it. On the day of the appointment, we received an SMS that the visit was confirmed. It is especially offensive that we went to Batumi from Kobuleti for a consultation.

Exceptional service, caring staff, and a spotless, modern clinic. The dentist Lia was gentle, professional, and explained everything clearly. Easily the best dental experience I’ve had!

Today I visited DENTALUX clinic, where I had my front tooth restored — only half of it was left. The result exceeded my expectations: the tooth looks completely natural, like my own, with no trace of work or discomfort. The work was done by Dr. Liana Maghlakelidze (Lia) — a true professional with over 30 years of experience. Everything was done quickly, precisely, and completely pain-free! Special thanks to Lia’s assistant, Medea. Lia, if you’re reading this — your craft is truly a gift from God. Thank you! Absolutely amazing!

I came in because I had a really painful reaction to cold and ended up getting treatment for three teeth with caries. After that, the pain became constant—not just triggered by cold—and I had to start taking painkillers. I returned to the clinic, and they redid (for free) the treatment on one of the teeth. No X-ray or further diagnostics were performed. The pain worsened—it caused headaches, I could not sleep and had to take two painkillers a day. The symptoms were consistent with pulpitis. I came back again and asked if a panoramic X-ray could be done to find the real issue, but was told it wasn’t necessary. Instead, they redid (for free) treatment on another one of the previously treated teeth. The pain did not go away. Eventually, I went to a different clinic, where they took an X-ray, confirmed a diagnosis of pulpitis, and provided proper treatment that finally helped. It also turned out that my gums had been damaged by repeated retreatments and frequent local anesthesia injections. In addition, I’m now undergoing treatment for stomach issues caused by the prolonged use of painkillers.
